Organization Structure
The Men of Praise International Fellowship (MPIF) organization is structured through the interoperability of its functional and Ministry organizations. This well-structured organization optimizes multiple resources, for efficient global administration, seamless mentoring, and effective service delivery, fostering functional relationships, work ethics, and governance based on principles of service, stewardship, and shepherding.
Functional Organization
The functional Organization of MPIF is made up of its numerous chapter units around the world called its grass root fellowship. It serves as the heart and the operating wheel of the fellowship to deliver Kingdom values. It is the family house where different ministries, activities and grace from our Lord Jesus are expressed for the common good of all; a veritable platform for equipping the saints, and building the body of Christ and propagating Kingdom principles. Eph. 4:11-16
Ministry Organization
The ministry organization on the other hand is the life stream and diving force of the fellowship. It encompasses under this portfolio several service units; each inspired and modeled after our Lord Jesus Christ for optimal performance, perfection and the expression of our heritage in the Kingdom of God. Every ministry under the Ministry Organization is manned by a member of the fellowship’s apex leadership International Stewards Council (ISC) and the functions are duplicated along the service chain delivery all the way to the grassroots.
To ensure effectiveness, the ministries were thoughtfully clustered as illustrated in Figure 3 below. A total of 44 ministries divided into six (6) clustered: of Core , Corporate, Operations , Missions , Kingdom Resources and Schools ministries Each ministry has a functional committee, carefully selected by its Coordinating Steward supervised by the Apex leadership, fostering collaboration and synergy among the various units.
At the core of our organization is the unifying headship of the Lord Jesus Christ, with every member and functional cadre interconnected as one body of Christ promoting unity, the unity of faith, sharing the same mindset and fellowshipping in harmonious accord, ultimately bringing glory to God.
